By accessing this website, creating an account, submitting an order, accepting a quotation, or purchasing products from ITGearHub, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

ITGearHub Technologies Inc. is a Canadian technology reseller and supplier of IT hardware, computers, networking equipment, servers, storage, professional displays, power and UPS systems, accessories, software, licensing, and related technology products for businesses, organizations, and customers across Canada.
2. Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe upon the rights of, restrict, interfere with, or inhibit the use of this website by any third party. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, customer accounts, systems, networks, or data associated with ITGearHub. Unauthorized or unlawful use of this website may result in account restriction, cancellation of orders, a claim for damages, and/or legal action where applicable.
3. Customer Accounts
Customers may create an account through the ITGearHub website. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activities conducted through your account. Information provided during account registration, checkout, or order submission must be accurate, complete, and current.
ITGearHub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate an account where fraudulent activity, unauthorized use, misuse of the website, or a violation of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.
4. Product Information & Availability
ITGearHub makes reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, model numbers, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, errors, omissions, manufacturer changes, and data discrepancies may occasionally occur.
Product images are provided for illustration and identification purposes and may not always reflect the exact product revision, packaging, colour, included accessories, or manufacturer presentation. Customers should review product model numbers and specifications before purchasing.
Product availability is subject to change without notice and may depend on ITGearHub, distributor, supplier, warehouse, or manufacturer inventory at the time an order is reviewed and confirmed. Displayed availability does not guarantee allocation or final fulfilment.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on this website are in Canadian dollars unless otherwise expressly stated. Applicable taxes are calculated based on the transaction, shipping destination, and applicable Canadian tax requirements.
ITGearHub reserves the right to correct pricing errors, typographical mistakes, incorrect product data, inaccurate promotional information, or other errors at any time, including after an order has been submitted. If an error is identified, ITGearHub may cancel the affected order and issue an applicable refund or contact the customer with corrected information or pricing before proceeding.
Orders are subject to payment authorization, verification, fraud screening, and approval. ITGearHub reserves the right to request additional information reasonably required to verify an order, billing details, shipping information, or payment authorization.
ITGearHub may refuse, hold, or cancel an order where suspected fraud, unauthorized payment activity, incorrect pricing, product unavailability, billing discrepancies, shipping concerns, or other transaction risks are identified.
6. Order Acceptance
Submission of an order through the ITGearHub website and receipt of an automated order confirmation do not constitute final acceptance of the order. An automated confirmation only acknowledges that the order request has been received.
An order is considered accepted for fulfilment only after applicable payment verification, product availability review, and order approval have been completed by ITGearHub.
ITGearHub reserves the right to limit quantities, decline transactions, hold orders for verification, or cancel orders prior to shipment or fulfilment. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, an applicable refund will be issued.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery are subject to the terms outlined in ITGearHub’s Shipping & Delivery Policy. ITGearHub.ca currently ships within Canada only.
Shipping charges, delivery timelines, and service levels may vary depending on product size, weight, destination, warehouse location, and carrier selection. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.
ITGearHub is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, supplier or manufacturer delays, inventory disruptions, remote delivery conditions, labour disruptions, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
8. Distributor, Supplier & Manufacturer Fulfilment
Certain products may be fulfilled or shipped directly from an authorized distributor, supplier, manufacturer, or third-party warehouse. The shipping origin shown on tracking information or packaging may therefore differ from ITGearHub’s business address.
Orders containing multiple products may be fulfilled from different inventory locations and may arrive in separate shipments. Separate tracking information may be provided where available.
9. Freight, Large Format & Special Orders
Certain products, including but not limited to commercial displays, large UPS systems, servers, racks, infrastructure equipment, and oversized products, may require freight shipment, special handling, appointment delivery, or additional processing time.
Special-order, custom-configured, built-to-order, non-stocked, discontinued, or manufacturer-direct products may not be eligible for cancellation or return once the order has been processed or submitted to the applicable supplier, distributor, or manufacturer.
Freight deliveries are typically curbside unless an alternative delivery service has been expressly confirmed in writing. Customers are responsible for ensuring appropriate personnel, access, and equipment are available to receive freight shipments.
10. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to ITGearHub’s Returns Policy. Return eligibility may vary based on product type, manufacturer or supplier policy, product condition, packaging condition, and whether an item has been opened, installed, activated, configured, or used.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the Returns Policy before placing an order. All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
11. Software, Licensing & Digital Products
Software, electronic licenses, activation keys, subscriptions, digital entitlements, and other electronically delivered products may be subject to additional manufacturer, publisher, or licensing terms.
Unless otherwise required by law, software licenses, activation keys, subscriptions, and digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once ordered, issued, activated, registered, or delivered.
Customers are responsible for confirming software compatibility, licensing requirements, quantities, terms, and intended use before placing an order.
12. Manufacturer Warranty
Many products sold by ITGearHub include a manufacturer warranty. Warranty coverage, duration, eligibility, and service procedures vary by brand, product, and manufacturer.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing, warranty support, diagnosis, repair, replacement, or service during the applicable warranty period is provided by the manufacturer and/or its authorized service provider in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty terms.
ITGearHub does not provide any separate or additional product warranty beyond the applicable manufacturer warranty except where expressly agreed in writing or required by law.
13. Product Compatibility & Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility, technical specifications, model numbers, dimensions, electrical requirements, software or licensing requirements, installation requirements, and suitability for their intended application before purchasing.
Product recommendations, website content, or general information provided by ITGearHub do not replace professional technical assessment where one is required for a customer’s specific environment or application.
ITGearHub is not responsible for costs, losses, downtime, or damages arising from incorrect product selection, incompatibility, improper installation, unauthorized modification, misuse, or failure to follow manufacturer requirements.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ITGearHub Technologies Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of data, business interruption, downtime, procurement delays, or loss of opportunity arising from the use of this website, the purchase or use of products, shipping or fulfilment delays, product incompatibility, or inability to use purchased goods.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ITGearHub’s total aggregate liability for any claim relating to a specific product, transaction, or order shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to ITGearHub for the specific product or order giving rise to the claim.
15. Intellectual Property
All original content on this website, including website text, page layouts, graphics, ITGearHub branding, logos, design elements, and other materials created or owned by ITGearHub Technologies Inc., is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed without prior written consent except as permitted by applicable law. Third-party product information, images, trademarks, and materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.
16. Third-Party Brands & Trademarks
All third-party trademarks, brand names, manufacturer logos, and product names displayed on this website remain the property of their respective owners and are used for product identification, informational, and reference purposes.
The display of a third-party brand, trademark, or product on the ITGearHub website does not by itself imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.
